Level 1 (20 LBS)

New to working out → you haven’t done much strength training. You have no experience with boxing/HIIT classes.

Level 2 (40 LBS)

You do strength training 1-3 times per week. You’re physically active with room to improve. You may have some experience with boxing/HIIT classes.

Level 3 (60 LBS)

Regular strength training → you want to feel that burn! You’re experienced with boxing/HIIT classes. 60lbs of resistance!.
